Position Title Manager -Stores (MSAPC/02)
Location Fujairah, UAE
Job Description • Responsible for Raw Material & Engineering Stores. Handling & Controlling of entire Store activities. Ensure the systematic process of material movement- issue / receipts with appropriate accounting and documentation. 

• Controlling & Monitoring stock movements. Accountable for regular and timely flow of materials. Manage efficient systems to account for all incoming raw materials and outgoing finished goods 

• Ensure that goods are issued on time to the various sections in the plant and in the right quantities. Coordinate with various Other departmental heads to understand day to day requirements. 

• Regular communication with suppliers/customers/ transporters.

• Overseeing Preparation & submission of Stock Details, Maintaining, Receiving & Issuing Details, Monthly Stock Reports, reconciliation of stock. 

• To conduct ABC analysis from time to time
Desired Candidate’s Profile • Graduate/ Engineering Graduate with 3 to 6 years of experience and well versed in Stores Management & Managing Materials Receipt, Dispatch, WIP, PC Scrap, ABC Analysis, Storage, Logistics. Management Degree / Diploma in Materials Management or equivalent are desirable.

• Preference will be given to those having experience in Engineering / Manufacturing / Forgings / Steel /Cable industry.
