Position Title	Sales Coordinators (SC/08) -02 Positions
Location	Fujairah, UAE
Job Description	• Handling Customer Enquiries, Prepare Quotes & Tenders, Liaison with Sales team, Place order for manufacturing to the Plant, Coordination with plant / customers for dispatches, E – Bidding, MIS reporting of sales and Marketing Dept. activities and recording Sales, Payment collection, Answering Customer Queries, respond to correspondence from customers or to follow up offers sent. • Prepare MIS of Incoming Enquiries & business generated out of the same. • Providing Sales support to all the regions. • Prepare Database of Clients for business development. • Prepare MIS of Sales order booked.
Desired Candidate’s Profile	• Diploma in Electrical with 2-3 years experience in Sales Back office. • Should be a team player and should have the ability to understand the needs of the customers. • Should have sound knowledge of technical specifications and experience in preparation of quotations. • Should have excellent Communication skills in English. Knowledge of Arabic will be an advantage. • Should have good computer knowledge especially in packages like MS Office, MS Excel etc.
