Position Title Asst Manager- Customer Support Services (AMCSS/05)
Location Fujairah, UAE
Job Description • Responsible for handling Customer Enquiries, Sending Quotes, Submitting, Tenders, Liaison with Sales team, Order confirmations for manufacturing to the Plant, E – Bidding. Coordination with plant / customers for dispatches, MIS reporting of sales and Marketing Dept. activities and recording Sales, Payment collection, correspondence, liasioning with transporters, insurance, shipping documentation, etc. 

• Attending to Inspection coming to the works and give first hand information.

• Handling Customer Queries, Providing Sales support to all the regions. 

• Submit weekly MIS of Incoming Enquiries & business generated out of the same to the Management.
Desired Candidate’s Profile • Engineer with 3 to 5 years experience in Marketing / Sales Back office in the Cable industry. Should have hands on experience in Preparation of GTP’s based on customer requirements and quoting pricing etc. 

• Incumbent should have thorough knowledge of Technical Specifications of Various type of Cables and should be able to lead a team of sales coordinators.
